How To set the time and date on my Seiko watch

Time:

• unscrew crown,
  
• pull out to second click
• rotate crown to move hands

Date (do between 0100 and 2100):

• unscrew crown,
  
• pull out to first click
• rotate crown clockwise until you get the correct date
